| A New Beginning...Yeah, been a long time since i ever blog. Some even wonder if i ever set my foot back on this website ever since my last blog. Well, now i do.
Just a brief update wat happen to me... Jan and early Feb, i was away to Thailand mission trip for 5 weeks. It was fun!! and learned a lot of things in that trip. It showed me a life of a missionary, and how God works in various of ways. He is just not limited by anything, not even by our imagination. He is BIG!! He showed and taught me alot of things which i never forget. It's just great. I hope i can go to the next Blue Sky mission trip.
Mid of Feb my grandmother (mum's side) passed away. She went for an operation. After the first operation, the doctor found that there were complications, so went for the 2nd operation, and she passed away in the operation theatre. She was 80 years old. The funeral held 3 days after she passed away. It was a sad time for me because it's the first time i saw my relative passed away. She is a Christian, so i know she is with God, and I'm gonna meet her 1 day. 4 days after the funeral, i flew to Sydney.
3rd of March, Uni started, a new semester, new chapter of my life. Week 1 to week3 is fun, no much things to do, and involve a lot in Blue Sky. Week 4 to Week 6 is down time for me (sort of). Busy with works, and since i involve quite a lot of BS, sort of hard to catch my breath. Thx to God that He provide Holiday after Week 6
Week 7 and Week 8 (this week) I manage to re-focus on my priority after my holiday. A lot of things happen this week. I went for Student Life enginnering group meeting today. It was fun, and get to meet a lot of new engineers. Tomorrow Student Life going to held a trivia night at Royal Hotel (I don't know where it is). So, i might go there to help out.
Thursday, a few of the BS-er and i going to Sydney Opera house to see an Jazz concert by James Morisson. It's going to be fun as well because it's my first time actually going in opera house to see an concert. I heard that it's going to be good, so it should be fun!
Friday - Saturday, Weekend Away!!! It's an event organized by BS. It' sort of like holiday up north at the center coast. The purpose is to create a none threatening enviroment to invite none Christian to live with Christian. There are no set programs, and all programs depend on us. The resort have tons of stuff to do, and up to us to ask our friends to come and join us. If we feel like doing sports, then we do sports, if we feel like watching movie, there r equipments for us. So, we are the 1 that make it fun and boring as well. Hopefully through this event we share about our life with those people, the very miracle God had done in our life, so we can share with others. This going to heaps fun!!
This year I'm leading growth group and leading worship as well. So, busy busy year for me as well, which is good, to keep me occupied. This year vision is Forge Ahead in Wesley International Congregation (WIC), I intent to forge ahead for God as well, and use my every abilities to serve God to the fullness.
ok... enough for now. gotta finish all my work to free my weekend!! Hope i can blog regulary now, n not get lazy XD.

| It's good to be home. I was away for almost 5 days, and good to be back and rest. My stay in singapore was a pleasant one. I stayed in david's house in Tanah Merah. I get to meet Jasmine and Daniel. I get to meet some old friends as well, like Jimmy, Justine and Felicia. I get to meet up with a few Blue Skyers who went for Jas and Dan's wedding. There are soooooo many things happened during my visit to Singapore, and I'm really too tired to write it all down, and take a lot of time to type them out. One thing is, the wedding is awesome!!! It's the best wedding i ever attended. I won't regret that i came for this wedding even I'm in a tight schedule. It really worth it.
I reached Singapore at 7am, and met up with David at Tanah Merah mrt station. Few hours later, Jimmy called up David to be a photographer for the wedding, and that's where the interesting part began. David and I met Daniel in Grand Hyatt Hotel. (Daniel didn't know i was going to his wedding because I didn't gave him a specific answer.) There, i get to meet Daniel's parents, his grandparents, and his brother. David took some pictures of Daniel before and after he wore his wedding suit. During that time, i get to know a bit of his family. About 12pm, we left the hotel to the church....... To be Continue...
Now i'm about to embark my journey to an unknown, mission trip to Thailand. I shall finish the story when i get back from thailand 5 weeks later...

| My journey to Taiping is an interesting one. When i reached my grandpa house, my grandpa was not at home. I was told that he and a few of my relatives went to Ipoh. Surprisingly, my cousins ( about 6 of them, about to enter primary 1) didn't jump on me as they did to me last year. They are ... quite polite. They greeted me with a ... proper manner, and of course, i never let my guard down, in case those 'politeness' is just a plot to catch me off guard. They sat beside me, and watch television, and never make a sound. My 6th sense told me that they are up to something. One of my eye was watching TV, the other eye was watching them ( i hope my eyes can do that). Till then, i was still shock by their behaviour. Then, i wondered around the house, and spotted a dvd called 'Chronicle of Narnia'. I was overjoyed because i wanted to watch that movie. As soon as i switched on to that movie, the wild side of my cousins started to reveal themselves. They tried to spoil the story for me, and 6 of them talked at the same time, and i couldn't understand what they said, nor can i hear what the movie said. The subtitle make no sense, it's not even a sentence at all, and all the spellings are so screwed up, i didn't even know if those subtitles were english. Sigh... i need to re-watch the movie again.... Those kids are still the same old monkeys from last year. Thanks God they never jumped on me.
Few hours later, i was called to Ipoh to take care my grandpa in the hospital. I was shock, because i didn't know my grandpa was ammited to hospital, or what happened to him in Ipoh. Evening i was sent to Ipoh and found out that he went to hospital just for a check up (phew). The doctor asked my grandpa to stay in the hospital for 2 days. Some how I appeared from no where and decided to visit my grandpa at this hour, i was summoned to take care my grandpa in the hospital, since i have nothing to do (NO!!!!!!!!!!!). Visit my grandpa is 1 thing, but take care of my grandpa in hospital??!? In my heart i was shouting WHY!!!?!? There are nothing to do than looking at those sick people. But look at the bright side, i have 2 days time to tell my grandpa that i'm heading to mission trip, and catch up with my grandpa, which i donno how to do that. Those 2 days, i got to know my grandpa much better. At least i know a bit about my family background, and what my grandpa did before he got married and stay in Taiping. He, just like me, ran around malaya whenever he was free. After settle in Taiping, he too, went all over the world for holiday, especially China. Now, age caught up with him (81 years old now), and finally settle down in Taiping. We didn't really get to talk that much in the hospital because he slept a lot, and I just watch television in the hospital. I got to pray for my grandpa as well, which i seldom do it. In the hospital, i didn't bring my cloths, soap and tower. Lucky i got a toothbrush and a tooth paste from a small shop. I din shower almost 2 day... I only sleep on a small sofa chair, no comfy bed for me...
As for my purpose of my trip to Taiping, I didn't get the chance to tell my grandpa that I'll be going to mission trip, and not coming back for chinese new year. My brother told my grandpa. Thanks God my grandpa was not angry, but got lectured by aunty. She scolded me:' Don't come back and become a Pastor!!!! If not, grandpa is going to knock your head!!!!'. Hmmm... wat make her think I'll be a pastor....
I just got back about 1 hr ago, and decided to go to Dan and Jasmine's wedding. My aunt arrange transportation to Singapore for me, and I just made transport arrangement with David when i reach singapore, and later will be staying at his house for 1 night. I'll be heading home at 1st of Jan, and prepare for Thailand Mission Trip.
things work out so far. Thanks God for that because I was praying all time wat to do... I hope my journey to singapore is a smooth 1 as well. Well... time for me to take some rest and shower. 2 days of sleepless night, and not going to sleep well for next 2 days, and today.

| It's been a long time since i last visited my blog page. Almost half a year i didn't update m blog site. A lot of things kept me busy in sydney, and soon, forgot to update my blogsite. I'll try to make this site as active as i can.
This year is the worse year for me in Sydney. My uni year is bad. I learnt a lot about myself, the other side of me which i didn't know. I didn't know i was a stubborn person, and resist so much to changes. Partly i'm lazy as well. But this year, a lot of events happened required me to change, and i was stubborn, thus i faced all sort of problems. Things like group works in uni, require me to work with the people i didn't know, and had to change the way i do to work with them. Since i didn't change, i faced a lot of problems within my team mates. God had been good to me. He helped me a lot in these situation, and He slowly expose my darkside, and help me correct them. In Mission, God want us to be flexible, and don't fix in 1 way, because He is God of all possiblity, and He has millions of ways to do things. So, that actually taught me a tough lesson, and I'm still in the proccess to change.
This year, Christmas is quite different from other Christmas i had been. I came back from sydney at the 20th of Dec. There was a flood in my city, and the flood was the worse in 30 years so far. Some places was badl affected, and the flood is about 3 km away from my house. This is a summary of my days till now.
21st of Dec Nothing much, i just rest in that day. I unpacked my suff, log on msn and tell my friends i'm in Malaysia. I slept quite early that day because of the jetlag, 3 hr diff from m'sia time.
22nd of Dec Carol practice at the morning. Sze Yao some how found out that I reach m'sia, and he called me. That time i didn't have a mobile phone, so i can't contact a few of my friends. I went for a hair cut, and drive around the city, and let my car swim in the flood for a while, just wanna see how bad is the flood. The last news i receive about the flood is from Deborah, the water reached her house poarch. Lucky my car suvived the swim, and I went home after 2 hr of driving.
23rd of Dec Moring we went and clean the church, which is affected by the flood. the mud is so thick , and take us quite a while to clean them. Later Sze Yao 'kidnapped' me to his house. He came to my house and took me to his house. I stayed there from morning to 5pm. We watched a few movies at his house. Later went back and prepare for MYF Christmas party. I felt so old there because most of them are still kids. I felt like going home, but i met some one which I don expected to meet. his name is Pastor Moses, Uncle Khor's son. He works with the on campus ministry in Monash university, focus on international student. I spent quite a lot of my time in the party just to chat with him. He's in Melbourn almost 19 years. It was a pleasure meeting him, and if i ever go melbourn next year, I'll go and visit him.
24th of Dec Morning i went and help aunty Pei Lan (Sze Yao's mother) in church school Christmas party. Half way through, my mum called me to go Aunty Khoo's house (My brothers music teacher) to help her clean her house, which is affected by flood as well. So, Sze Yao and i went and help aunty Khoo. A few pianos in her house already entered water, but still usable. The mud made her floor quite slipery. I almost slipped as soon as i enter her house bare foot. We, and a few uncles and aunties help her out till 3pm. That was the first time i saw property damage due to flood, and how bad it actually damage the house. The water only entered about 1 foot high into her house, yet so many damage done in her house. Thanks God her grand piano and television set are not affected. Night time, we went for carolling. This year we only went for 8 houses. We reached the last house about 11pm, which is a record because for all the christmas carol i went to, we reached the last house pass 12am. Most houses didn't sign up for carollers to come because of the flood. I enjoy the food a lot because i had not tasted those food almost a year.
25th of Dec. Christmas Day. Morning my family and I went for church service, and christmas lunch. For the first time, i saw so many of the ex-MYF-er return for Christmas. We catched up for a while during and after the lunch time. At 4pm, Emily, Deborah, Janice and Bryan went to 'Kek Sayang'(a cake house) and catch up. Most of them were going back to studies after Christmas, and not sure when we can meet up again. Thanks God i have a Mission Trip to keep this holiday much busy. If not, i'll be so bored at home. At night we went to a friend's house for dinner. (Yes, we just keep eating that day). We sang Christmas carol together again with the adults (by now most of us already sick of singing carol). At midnight, we stay at that house and play some games. Later we move to deborah's house and continue the games, and watch movie till 4am at her house. I felt sorry for her that she had to keep with us till 4am. I felt as if i had not slept for almost the whole day because it was like 7am for me in sydney. Sze Yao slept over at my place.
26th of Dec I woke up about 9am, and counted that I didn't sleep enough, and continue to sleep till 11am. Nothing much happen that day. Sze Yao and my youngest brother woke up at about 1pm, and start to watch 2 movie. About 4pm, Bryan didn't know wat to do before leaving the city for uni. In the end, we deecide to go to cyber cafe to play Dota for like 2 hr , and went for dinner after picking up Deborah and her sister. Bryan left the city about 10.30pm that day.
Bryan already in Melaka, Emily already in JB, Janise already in KL. Deborah going back to Singapore at the 29th of Dec, Sze Yao going back to KL at the 2nd of Jan. As for me, i might go to Taiping to tell my granpa that i'll not be in Taiping for Chinese New Year (first time missing out CNY). I'm still deciding whether i'm going for Dan and Jasmine's wedding in Singapore, at the 31st of Dec. Thailand Mission Trip is at 4th of Jan. Everything is so close, and I had little time to decide. But 1 thing is, tomorrow I'll go to taiping, and shall decide from there on.
time for me to go now... have to pack up for tomorrow.

| Well, life here in Sydney sure getting interesting each day. My lectures are getting tougher each day. Every lecture I pray that the time will pass faster and the lecture will end early, so I don't have that many things to learn each day... Hope that my lecturer will not finish the course in time so i have little thing to study during the exam. There is no way i can pass this semester by myself. Everyday I just look at my notes and just sigh... Too many things to study, and worse of all, there are a lot of things I don't understand. Equations, theory that doesn't make sense, etc etc.... sigh....
Now I have something to do when I'm bored or don't feel like study: play my Violin!! Come to think about it, I didn't touch my violin since the failed audition early this year. Worse of all, I'm playing Violin this Friday for 1 hr worship and I never play violin in any worship before. Issac need at least 1 person to help him this Friday 1hr worship session, and since no one can make it, so i volunteer myself. I don't know what I'm going to play at that 1 hr time. Even though I just accompany Issac and the team, I know i need to play my part. Now I have to find all the violin accompanied songs and listen to them and learn. If i'm not wrong, I have to play the solo part for 'What The World Will Never Take' from United Album. This is going to be interesting. Hope my flatemates don't get annoy from all the funny noise from my violin while i'm practicing. I'll not be surprise if they put on their ear plugs.
Jimmy is leaving Australia this Thursday. Last Saturday and Sunday we had a farewell party for him. He wanted to stay in Australia after his degree but some what the immigration didn't approve his visa to prolong his stay. So he has to go to Singapore and stay with his family there. I knew him 2 years ago in a Blue Sky teaching camp. He was new to Christianity, and accepted Christ 2 years ago. Throughout these 2 years, He impacted Blue Sky in many ways. He's such a blessing to us all in Blue Sky. God used him in many ways in BS. He incharged in Welcome Desk every Friday, and never fail to help out whenever any area need help. He's so helpful, and very friendly (perhaps too friendly). He has his... unique way to 'greet' people, and that what stand out from him... i think... He's almost same size as Gaston, but always bullied by Gaston and Ben. I will not forget the time we all spent together in Blue Sky and in camps. He impacted BS a lot... I don't know after he leave, what happen to BS... Wonder who will be the next Jimmy... intersting... We are so going to miss him. I hope I'll meet him again one day, perhaps during Dan and Jasmine wedding... if God willing...
6pm here... time for dinner and shower.. time passes so fast... another day is almost past. How i wish the time stop for a while so i can chase up. Now is week 5 of uni. Another 7 weeks then i'll have exams, and end of 1 year of uni. time passes so fast... Anyway, i gtg now...
